Because all manufacturing orders are custom-made to your brand’s exact specifications, we do not accept returns or issue cash refunds once production is completed and delivered.

We stand behind our workmanship. If you receive any garment with a manufacturing defect, we offer 100% free repair services.

  • Reporting Window: Notify our team of any defect within 7 days of receiving your batch shipment.

  • Resolution Process: Send the affected items back to our unit, and we will repair and refinish them at absolutely zero cost to you.
